Scrambled eggs are an easy and fast breakfast. Why not make your breakfast tate ten times better AND make it twice as big using less ingredients? The ingredient that makes these eggs better than any others is something you would have never guessed. When my dad was a kid, his family didn't have a whole lot of money. So whenever his family wanted eggs, they didn't want to use a ton of eggs. So, they used saltines in their eggs. Yes, Saltines. When you add them not only can it increase the amount of your eggs by a lot, but they soak up any extra moisture around the eggs. I know that I've made my fair share of eggs that are surrounded in a pool of liquid. So, here is the best egg recipe ever! What you will need: 2 eggs (2 egg whites and only one yolk) 2 tbsp of milk ( I use fat free) 3 saltines Salt and Pepper How to make it: ATTENTION: DO NOT TURN ON THE STOVE YET You going to start by adding 2 tablespoons of milk to 2 egg whites and one egg yolk. Then, crumble your saltines in. Whisk until the yolk has broke and it has turned everything a yellow color. Now, you can put a pan on the stove and turn it to high heat. Put the eggs on as soon as you turn on the stove. ( I have a non-stick pan. If yours isn't non-stick, you can either spray it with some cooking oil or use butter to prevent the eggs from sticking.) Slowly, using a spatula, push the eggs around until they start to become a solid. Do this until all your eggs are cooked. note; make sure that if your pan is nonstick that you use a plastic spatula. But also be careful not to leave your plastic spatula on the pan. I have accidently left a plastic spatula on a hot pan and it melted and ruined my pan. Also, don't use a metal spatula or else you can scratch off the non-stick coating. If you break the non-stick coating, it becomes toxic and you don't want to poison your eggs. When your eggs are done cooking. move them to a plate and salt + pepper to taste. Enjoy!
